Tettenhall Towers, now part of Tettenhall college dates back to early part of the eighteenth century and was built by Thomas Pearson in 1771 on the site of the old Hollybush inn. In 1851 the hall was bought by Col. Thomas Thorneycroft who made many structural additions during the 1860's, which includes a theatre within the building.
This will be our 3rd visit to the remarkable building,as it never fails to deliver in the way of activity, with its rabbit warren of corridors, rooms and cellars, Tettenhall definitely warrants further investigations
