Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

* If you cancel any booking within a seven working day period from booking we will issue a full refund.

* Requests for a refund more than six weeks before the event will be paid less a 20% cancellation charge.

* Requests for a refund between six and four weeks prior to the event will be paid less a 50% cancellation charge.

* No refunds will be given less than four weeks prior to the event unless there are exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of Ghost Tours UK.

* Tickets are not transferrable without prior consent from Ghost Tours UK. Any tickets resold without our prior knowledge will become invalid.

* This percentage relates to the FULL cost of the event.
